Not sure what this pain means

Alright, so I'm just gonna go ahead an give the story, I think I might go to the DR.s this week, but if someone could tell me what this pain is coming from it'd be great (hopefully it's not an STD)

So I had sex in March, unprotected, and lost my virginity.....later on I found the girl was very promiscuous and got kind of nervous. I got scared and went to the Drs, and they gave me a urine test (which I'm pretty sure only tests for a few STDs), and treated me for certain STDs just in case. They gave me the medicine, and several days later they called me and said I was clean, but to keep taking the meds just in case. So I did.

Sometime around june, I started getting pain in my perineum every time I masturbated, and it was a pinching pain RIGHT in front of my anus, and it would only happen immediately before orgasm.

This pain has occured every single time I have masterbated since june 1st, and it is now August 22nd.

I've look all around online, and I couldn't find anything on this. Not a single thing. I have no discharge, abnormal pain, bumps (i dont know why i put this under the Herpes topic), sores, lesions, nothing. I don't know what it could possibly be. Just the perineum pinching pain during orgasm.  If anybody could at least help me on this, it would be great. Thank you!

I did have a test but since it was a urine test I'm pretty sure it was only for Gonarrhea the clap and one or two other curable ones

if you tested negative then you never had an STD... you should follow up with your docotr regarding this issue
