Not sure

I went to the doctor for the first time about a month ago and he said there was blood in my urine so he treated me for a UTI. After finishing those antibiotics i did not feel any better so i went back and he treated me for chlamydia. I have just finished those antibiotics and still dont feel better. I have a burning sensation in my penis but only when i am sitting or laying down. It does not burn when i urinate or at any other time. I dont know whats wrong?

I would also add that blood in the urine may need futher testing to look for noninfectious causes. A urologist may need to see you . Take care.

Have they done a prostate exam?

If could also be something with your back if it only affects you in certain positions.
