Scared and confused

About a month ago I saw a prostitute, who gave me a rim job and then we had sex with a condom on. A week later I started to bleed from my anus. Saw the doctor and he said that I had hemorrhoids because of my issues with constapation. I told him of my encounter with the prostitute and he ordered an std panel. I was tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphillis, HIV and herpes. All came back negative except for HSV-1 which is oral herpes. He said that there was nothing to be worried about. Only other symptoms that I have was an irritation on the tip of my penis that was cleared up with hydrocortisone.

Should I still be worried?  I fear that I may have tested too early (test were done 2 weeks later), and it may have not caught anything. Do I need to retest?

Because oral sex is low risk for some STD's...rimming is like oral low risk for herpes, syphilis and HPV.

Just curious why you consider it a low risk?  Is it because we are only dealing with saliva versus semen?  What about the risk of getting herpes, hepatitis,or syphilis?

Not questioning you, just getting clarification would ease my mind. Thanks for your time and patience.

Because being rimmed is very low risk.
I would not have even tested

Also, why do you say that my risk is very low?

So you feel that getting tested after 2 weeks is sufficient time? If I had something, it would have showed up?
