Im stressing out please help me answer these questions

I just have several questions about STD's and STI's My GF will be called Star her sister would be called Bell Story:

Im currently dating Star my girlfriend who lives with her sister Bell because their really close to each other.. they share everything together.. most often times they tend sleep in the same bed vs their own separate beds. Recently my gf star called me in the middle of the night and said bell's lower abdominal is hurting really bad. Several hours later they went to hospital.. after hours and hours of tests.. the doctor comes back and tells my gf star that her sister bell has a form of std's. It could be either Hiv/Aids, Chlyamydia, and Gonorrhea. He prescribes Bell some antibiotics and etc..

Now comes the stupid.. questions that i will get bash at.. but in my state sex ed doesn't exist. lol I know STDS are sexually transmitted diseases and could only be transferred through the transfer of body fluids during sex.

Im 100% sure my gf is not having sex with her sister lol or share any type of toys or anything. Now i read that gonorrhea or chlyamydia could be passed through the eye is that true? Is my gf in any danger of catching stds from her sister from sleeping together in the same bed or anything like that? I just want to have some type of feeling of reassurance for my gf and myself. I would very much like to continue to have oral sex with my gf .. Well basically continue to have sex with her.. of course i know i need to use condoms when i enter her but during foreplay when she's giving me oral and when im giving her oral we dont use condoms or anything.

These questions below are really to help my GF Star understand about her sister bells situation.. because bells doctor went on vacation.
Does the antibiotics kill off the gonorrhea and chlyamydia for bell? Will it come back?
Could bell continue to have unprotected sex with her partner...? < i know i know
Will Bell pass the gonorrhea and chlyamydia to her sex partner after being treated with antibiotics?
Is the doctor suppose to call back to tell bell what type of stds she has?
Should Bell and Star sleep separate?
How long does the std's virus strand last out side of the body?

Thank you for taking the time to read this.. yea alot of dumb questions but lack of knowledge here.

we call them sexually transmitted infections for a reason - it takes that sort of naked and intimate contact to transmit them. your gf is at no risk whatsoever of contracting any std her sister might have contracted.

www.ashastd.org has terrific info on all std's to better educate yourself on what your high school education lacked :)
