Ongoing symptoms...

At the end of May, I had drunk sex with a sex worker in a brothel. Unfortunately I can't remember if I wore a condom or not (pretty sure I did). 30 days later I had a discharge and went to get tested(I had another sexual exposure unprotected two weeks before testing). The doctor gave me a dose of azythromycin despite the results. The symptoms did not seem to go away and went to another clinic where they swabbed my urethra and looked under the microscope and saw bacteria. The doctor offered another course of azythromycin which I took over 4 days. Three days after finishing the second course I noticed a swelling in my pubic area to the right of the shaft, so I went to the ER where on examination the doctor explained the infection had spread to my spermatic cord, which can happen in males due to longer internal tubing. He gave me co-amoxiclav which I took for 4 days before feeling very unwell. I went to my GP and they changed me onto Cipro. During the co-amixiclav the left side inflamed too but not as bad (and neither scrotum became swollen). During this time I noticed that my sperm was extremely watery and almost yellow/green, sign of infection I guess. After a week of Cipro my semen was back to normal but continued to finish 10 day cycle. After which the swelling is still there in the pelvis and sore. Almost like a inguinal hernia location. At this time I get my original test results back and they are all negative for the typical chlamydia ghonarrea and HIV.... after two weeks finishing the cipro urethra seems lubricated and clinic take another swab and they say there is very little puss cells but give me 5 days metronidazole and 7 days doxy. After starting the doxy I have gotten a rash (if I could call it that, looks blotchy skin and not raised like if you are cold) no fever, a little bit tender tonsils. This is now 12 weeks after first exposure.
I guess what Im asking is why is the swelling in my groin/pelvis still there? Am I infected still?
And could it be HIV the rash is a little worrying? I thought at first it could be side effect of doxy as it happened when I took them?

Thank you.

Yes all bacteria has a name, NGU can be any things and come from many things. If the correct testing is done yes it can be idetified.

Can't say why you have swelling, have to follow up with your Dr. Could be scar tissue, still fighting infection???

I was told I had a non specific urethurits. Commonly it is chlamydia or ghonoreha but sometimes its simply bacteria that isn't as common. Does all bacteria have a name? and can be identified like your asking?
I was told that the amount of antibiotics I'd had would of killed any infection but I still have the swelling. Why?

Its affected my sperm cord and it was bacteria. Its still swollen and sore 6 weeks after initial swelling.

Really need some insights, one doc said thats just my body changing, Im 29 and don't think its decided to do that for no reason and now i'll be like this forever.

Thanks

Without knowing what you actually had don't even know what it could/would affect.
