What are my risks?

8 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex with ejaculation

I know the person had other partners, I'm not sure how many.
I've only had 2 (including the one I'm talking about) both under 25 (one 23 and other 21)
I am not worried about the 23 year year old as I know he is clean.

After the oral sex I experienced a sore throat, diarrhea, anxiety, which could be causing this all.
I tested negative for  gonorrhea and chlamydia, HIV using the 4th gen and RNA test.

My only Consern is my risk of Sphylis and Herpes, both of which I tested negative at 4 weeks post exposure.
I'm worried that wasn't enough time for the 2 of them. I'm just wondering what my risk are for my encounter. Thank you

Why is HPV never mentioned as a possibility?

I've been having symptoms, which HPV does not commonly cause. There was no warts seen on him.
Plus I have taken the quadrivalent vaccine
Good.  I'm very happy to read that you are vaccinated.

I notice that they never mention HPV as a possible STD from unprotected oral, and I wonder why since that's my major concern.

I can understand since there's no FDA approved test, but people should still be aware of the danger.
Yes thank you for the concern. I wish you the best and a peace of mind. Good luck!

Thank you. And I figured if I was getting the sore throat and other symptoms if it was herpes the symptoms would come with a cold sore right?
Hey I was just wondering I don't remember seeing any sores, but I'm not sure, I also did give him a hand job, so if there would any sores would I have felt them?
