Oral from stripper

I am married.  A week ago Friday, I was really intoxicated and I thought I agreed to have a stripper "take care of me" with her hand.  Instead it was with her mouth with no protection for about 3min.  I also kissed her before she did this.  On Monday I had a sore throat and was generally not feeling well. On Tuesday, I paid for a urine test for C/G.  On Tuesday night I began self-medicating with cipro 500mg every 12 hours for about 36 hours.  This seemed to clear up my throat issues but I was really fatigued (probably due to the cipro).  On Thursday, after getting my negative results results, I still was having some itching burning on the tip of my penis.  The same day I obtained azithromycin that same day and took 500mg.  The next morning, I was still having some irritation, so I decided to follow the treatment protocol for NGU and took the remaining 1g of azithromycin.  My symptoms have cleared up, but I am still having slight sore throat during the day (I am thinking that this might just be allergies).

I now really want to make sure that I am not contagious with anything before reengaging my wife sexually.   I have been able to put her off for another week.  My plan is to go to my GP, tell them the gory details and then ask for another urine test for C/G.  Am I at risk for anything else at this point that I should be worried about?  anything I should be worried about with my throat?  Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated.I feel really horrible that this has happened and want to put it behind me.

While I am now not having burning or itching at tip of penis, I am having numbness/tingling the full length of my prostate while sitting.  It feels much better when I walk around. Should I be concerned about ngu or anything else?

Throat has nothing to do with a STD.

Your risk was low and with all the self medication you would not have gonorrhea or chlamydia. Very low risk for syphilis and herpes.
