Oral sex and menstrual blood.

recently had sex with a commercial sex worker, a somewhat high priced woman who plies her trade from hotels.

I briefly performed oral sex on her, licking the head of her clitoris with the tip of my tongue, for perhaps 90 seconds. I then put on a condom and had intercourse with her. Upon removing the condom, I noticed a small amount of blood on it, which was her's. The base of penis certainly made skin to skin contact with her labia. I washed my groin with soap and water, and rinsed with Listerine. Then about 15 minutes later, put some alcohol based hand gel on the scrotum and penile base, which was a slightly searing experience.

I informed her of the presence of blood, and she stated that it just came then, although that may well be a lie given that she had at least one other customer that day and was there to do business. Assuming that some blood had been present during the time of cunnilingus, what type of risk did I incur for HIV, or other STDs? And what tests would you recommend, if any. Thank you.

"oral sex is low risk but not low risk" Forgive me if I point out the senselessness of this statement.

after the sex act is over, too late to do anything. washing up after wards only makes you smell better.

oral sex is low risk but not low risk.  it's up to you if you feel it's worth any std testing for oral std's from this encounter.  you wore a condom so the risk of any other std is also very low and not worth any testing for to be honest.
