Std from penis to hand contact

Hi, last nite I had an encounter with a T.S.. I orally please with a condom on, then I took the condom off and started giving a handjob. After wards I started to masterbation with the same hand I use to provide the handjob, and while I was masturbating, the T.S. touched the head of my penis when I had precum secreting with the same hand he was using to masturbate. I didn't see any lesions or marks on the T.S. penis. Is my encounter any way of contracting an std?

So no risk of any std, even if he touch the tip of my penis, the "urethra" with the hand he was masturbating with that had his precum on it?
