Oral sex with mouth ulcers, genital rubbing

Hi. I had protected vaginal sex several times and unprotected oral sex (cunnilingus) twice with a female partner. Also, she rubbed her vagina on my penis (only on the skin, not on the glans I think) for two times. I know you say that oral sex is risk free, but I often have big mouth ulcers and it's likely that I had one or two by the time.

I'm not sure when this happened, but it was somewhere between the begging of November and the middle of December, as our last encounter was on December 13th (78 days ago). Since then I've been having fever, lots of chills, sometimes diarrhea and more frequently mouth ulcers (I often have it because I bite myself a lot, but now some of them appear out of nowhere, including in my throat).

I would like to know what's your opinion about this and what STD's I should be worried. Thanks.

When I say oral sex is risk free I'm talking about HIV. I would like to know about other STD's too.
