Oral sex

Hi all just a quick question. I have many post on here about oral sex. In America the cdc recommend not testing for chlymidia with an oral altercation. But in the UK we test if we have oral altercation. I have been tested many times as I mainly have oral sex and never had an infection what is everyone's take on this ??
