Orally transmitted diseases

I am a male and allowed another male(who is a conplete stranger) to have oral contact with my penis(felatio). I am a virgin and this is my first sexual experience. I am scared of having any orally transmitted disease. What measures can I to make sure am safe and clean. Please help me. it just happened an hour ago(10/04/2009-12:02am). I don't know what to do at all. Also, how can I ask a question from a doctor on here.

I have a sore on the left side of my mouth(where the upper lips meets my lower lips). Can that be a sign of herpes. It started the next day. Just to let you know, I never gave the guy oral sex.

Nothing you can do after the fact.

the odds that you contracted a std from this are pretty low overall. I really don't recommend any routine testing unless you get symptoms.

If you know you are going to worry, only have protected oral sex in the future.
