PLEASE HELP - STD/HERPES/WARTS OR FORDYCE SPOTS?

I had unprotected sex with a partner (not gf) for about a month now and i started growing these dots (3-5 of them in a concentrated area) two weeks after, painless, and only on lower part of shaft. It popped without pain and then went away within 3-4 days, then 2 weeks later reemerged in the same general area (lower shaft) two days after we had unprotected sex. No burning sensation during urination and does not look like herpes or genital warts from what i found online. It seems to be more like fordyce spots or folloculitis inflammation. Please, any advice/opinion would help! Thank you!

Also background info, i used a fairly old razor to shave 4 weeks prior to the first sexual intercourse -- could it be some kind of infection/virus from the razor reemerging when irritated?
