Is it possible to get an STD/sickness from interaction with a drunk homeless man?

This may sound like a dumb question, but given my naivete, a person started talking to me at the train station and I did not know he was homeless or drunk until he started asking for money....

He shook my hand, hugged me and spit on my face while talking to me (well that also convinced me he was drunk and so was the smell).

I immediately washed my face and hands and arms after this interaction.

Am I at risk for any medical condition?

Thanks...
