Sore throat

Hey Doc,
I had unprotected oral sex with a guy about two weeks ago.  A week after, I started feeling a mild discomfort far in the back of my throat.  I started freaking out.  Upon inspection, I realized my tonsil was covered in red/brown puss.  When I urinate/ejaculate, I feel this tingling sensation.  My went to my doc's last week, and they took a blood and urine sample (they didn't have any oral swabs and needed to order if I wanted to get a sample taken).  However, the doctor did start me on antibiotics (cipro).  Cipro doesn't seem to help; the sore throat is still there. Today, my urine turned into a cloudy pale yellowish color.  I am freaking out, and my doctor still hasn't gotten the GC test results back for my urine.  Please, tell me if this is gonorrhea.
Thanks.

unprotected oral sex carries a small risk of stds, while its not likely to happen it can happen. you can get gono of the throat. Its hard to say whether this is related. what concerns me is the discharge. I would advise going to the free or low cost STD clinic and get it checked out.
