Painless Circles on the Head

I have noticed that i have around 10 small circles on the head of my penis. Only 3 of them are bigger than the others.
They are flesh in color, and i cant really consider them dumps because i cant feel them, i can only see
them. They seem to be multiplying but i cant really tell. They are causing me absolutely no pain at all. I also had a sore in my mouth but it is gone now. I have no discharge or anything of that sort either.
I have only has one sexual partner in my life. We have been together for 2.5 years. I am also her only sexual partner. Our only unprotected intercourse was 5 months into our relationship. After that we have never had unprotected intercourse. We only have intercourse no more than once a month. Oral sex 3 or 4 times a week. She has no signs of STD. No unusual discharge, no dumps, no sores.

Could we have HPV or any other STDs?

Okay well i had unprotected sex with a girl and my penis started getting itchy and the foreskin was swollen from the inside and i started getting wrinkles on the glans and one of the wrinkles turned into like a circle that stings every once in a while but its only getting bigger it doesnt hurt alot just sometimes. I think i have a yeast infection but this circle worries me the most, and i started getting small sores in my.mouth like crazy, my tongue has cracks on the sides and alot of small sores, my spit is unusually thick and gooey, i threw up one day and.it brought up this thick oil like liquid to my mouth and since then my mouth started getting infected. The circle on my penis is somewhat of an ulcer.that ive had for a while.but it wont go away, it KINDA looks like wrinkles just shaped it into a circle but im really confused and scared... i dont have any sores or irritation around my genital area just my head, my mouth, my tongue is what seems to carry alot of bacteria its like everywhere i feel with my tongue.sores start to grow out

Well, we are not doctors. We cannot test you. And anything we may say about your situation would be pure speculating.  You will not get properly diagnosed unless you see a medical provider.  Why don't you start by looking up low cost or free std testing in your area?  Good luck.

As Vance said, go to a doctor.  There may be the possibility of you getting HSV1 if your girlfriend has a history of cold sores.  But you can only confirm that by getting tested at the doctor.

to Vance2335: aren't circle pumps a symptom?

to 2terrified: i guess thats true. so the circles are just some kind of skin irritation?

If you were both virgins and have not ever cheated, then there is no reason to think this is an std.

Because the symptom is not a symptom of any STD.
