Painless bump back of tongue

Im male in 36. I have bump back of my tongue. Its felt something stuck in my throat. It already over 3 month. No fever.
It appear a month after my unprotected receiving oral and protected vaginal insertive.
Being test negative 13 weeks for hiv and shyplis. Please help. Im stress and worried.

After receiving oral sex, it was not necessary to test for hiv, because that virus does not spread that way. You did ok testing for syphilis, but you should have also tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
