Penil discharge

Hey I'm 23 old and I had sex with a sexworker near a two months ago after 2 or 3 weeks later I experienced penile discharge at the starting its like water but after 2 to 3 days I found white spots on my underwear and then I go to sexual health clinic and they tested me for various sti and my report comes at NSU and all other tests are negative they give me doxycycline twice a week but after taking the medicine the penile discharge stops but not fully it feels me like wet in my pants and once again it's started after 2 weeks of my treatment with burning sensation.then I go to the clinic now this they given me metronidazole and doxycycline and now I don't have burning sensation but I still have little bit of water discharge which I feel my HIV test was negative but I'm really scared and just to Know about that it can be HIV virus which is stopping medicine to work . Please tell me something what should I do

Hi, if you used a condom nothing could get inside your penis so the sex worker had nothing to do with what ever symptoms your having.

Hey, I am on the same boat right now. I assume you don't have either gono or chlamydia, which means it can be another bacteria or virus causing your symptoms.

Many NSU are idiopathic, which means we can't find a bacteria causing it. The Mycoplasma Genitalium is a "common" cause and I am myself waiting for the test results. I am actually on doxy and after 5 days, the discharges mostly stopped, but I still feel pain and that the discharges will come back soon when I'll stop doxy. I am not a doctor, but I read that for Mycoplasma and maybe other NSU, it seems like Moxifloxacin is a more efficient treatment. Maybe you should ask your Dr after it ?

Good luck, hope we'll both get out of this very soon.
