irritation on my penis

Hi
I recent had protected sex with my girlfriend for a few times a day. (like 4to 5 in a 4 hour time frame) After those sexual encounters, me and my girlfriend started to feel irritation on my penis and her vagina. The head of my penis started to have little speckles of red and around the foreskin just a bit. (where the head meets the skin). However, it does not really irritate me nor do i have a urge to scratch it. But once i do scratch it, i just want to scratch it more and same goes for my girlfriend. i did some research on possible STDs and i dont think i have any nor does my girlfriend. And we used Spermicidal condoms that is trojan brand. I was thinking this can be a allegic reaction to the condoms and the amount of times we had sex. Also, i remember that the sex was kind dry after the first 2 times.
So i was wondering do i have any STDS or is it just a allegic reaction.
And how do i get rid of those small speckles.

we covered this in the herpes forum. follow up as I recommended already.

I wouldn't continue applying neosporin either as many folks have reactions to it on their sensitive genital skin.

So i put some neosporin on the head and foreskin of my penis last night. Today it seems to be still there and as i was looking at the speckles.
few of them have like white dots on them just like pimples on ur forhead. and the left side of my tip of my penis has a few and the right side doesnt.
I am touching it alot more now to see what is wrong. Now when i dont touch it. it just kinda irritataes but if i touch it and mess around it kinda hurts. but it doesnt no have any burning or hurting when im peeing. But it some times itch when i walk around. I am also no circumcised so does that affect the healing process?
i am really getting worried and i dont know i fi should go see a doctor or not.

This is either allergic reaction or probably just irritation. This is not going to be STD related.
See a Dr if concerned. But no sex for a couple of days should make symptoms go away.
