Performing Cunnilingus on a stripper

Hello
I recently went to a strip club and performed Cunninglus (deep kissing as well). By next day already had a cold sore on my lip (and getting constant tingling sensation around the body).

I understand for HIV this is considered no risk (although my mind tries to convince me otherwise) but in terms of other STD’s what should I be testing for? If testing is required then after how long should I look to take a test?

No STI will show the next day. Way to soon.

So what are the risks?

Chlamydia
Gono
HSV
Syph

However, you performing oral on her so such an incredibly low risk, after a single encounter it is not worth worrying about.

Hi
Thanks for the response much appreciated. Would this not be considered a high risk giving that the female works in a strip club so would therefore engage in this behaviour every day?

Ok for those STD’s I would need to wait 14 days and get a throat swab.
No, because oral sex is lower risk in general, and when you perform oral sex on a vagina, it's not like performing it on a penis. A penis enters your throat - nothing on a vagina enters your throat, making it less risky.

You continue to have these encounters that cause you great anxiety. At some point, you must wonder why you keep doing it.
Appreciate your comments/feedback. For peace of mind will get tested for chlamydia/gonorrhoea/syphlis at 14 days. Yes clearly anxiety gets the better of me each time I put myself in these situations.
You're welcome. :)

Maybe therapy is a good idea? Both for why you keep doing it, and for your anxiety.
Hi.
Just wanted to post a follow up. I had a test at day 14 (Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea) came back negative as well as HSV-2.

It did however come up positive for HSV-1  (I have previously had cold sores in my life) but after this incident approx a month ago I seem to be getting reoccurring cold sores.

I am attributing this to stress and anxiety however are there any other tests which I should be considering? I keep on getting dull aches in the genital region as well as constantly feeling hot. I understand for syphlis I will need to wait for the 6 week mark.
You gave her oral sex. Your genital aches have nothing to do with this because you would only have an oral infection if you got anything. My guess is that your aches are from anxiety or something totally unrelated. See a doctor if it persists.

Yes, stress can trigger hsv1 outbreaks. You should know that you can transmit your hsv1 to someone's genitals via oral sex. You're more likely to do so if you have a sore, or feel like you are going to get one, but there are times when you might when you don't feel anything. If someone already has hsv1, it is very unlikely that you would unless you have an actual sore.

You can get a syphilis test at 6 weeks, but it is extremely unlikely that you got syphilis from this.

You need no other tests.

You really should talk to a therapist about this. Your anxiety is not in relation to the risk.

Hi
Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to respond back it is much appreciated. Yes I am planning to follow up with a therapist once back in the UK.
