I am not sure whether my current discomforts are due to STD or not...?

Hi all, I am worried about my occasional discomforts in my body after my last risky sexual exposure.
Below are the detailed information listed below, and I appreciate your patience and go through it.

I am a mid 20 asian male, who had oral and vaginal sex using the same condom with a female commercial sex worker in Thailand on 17 Sep 2016.

I had and have various symptoms from that date; and I am worried that whether I have caught any STD, or even HIV:
- Fever, Diarrhea, Gastrointestinal distress (2 weeks after the exposure); went to see physician immediately and she said the symptoms are caused by bacterial infection; symptoms stop one day after taking medicine.
- Mouth ulcers in different spots, and different time, each of them last about one week
- Painful glands on my right neck if I press on them; significantly painful compared to my left neck (3 weeks after the exposure; disappear after 4 week)
- Running nose; sore throats during 6 weeks, then turn to coughing and headache in 7 week.

I have went through the tests below:
[NEG] p24 Antigen + Antibodies rapid tests (blood from finger): 16 days after exposure
[NEG] HIV(1&2) Ag+ Ab lab test: 20 days after exposure
[NEG] p24 Antigen + Antibodies rapid tests (blood from finger): 30 days after exposure
[NEG] p 24 Antibodies rapid test (finger): 43 days after exposure

According to the old threads of the HIV experts in the forum, it seems to me that the HIV results are conclusive for my case?

STDs:
[NEG] Treponema Pallidum Antibody, blood, 20 days after exposure
[NEG] HSV-2 Antibody, blood, 20 days after exposure
[NEG] DNA on NG, CT, MH, MG, UU, UP, GV, TV, and CA; 20 days after exposure

I am a healthy individual who is not used to get sick, but I have been sick and discomfort after the last risky sexual exposure 7 weeks ago. I am not sure whether my current discomforts or illness are caused by STD or HIV. Please kindly provide me with advice or suggestion:

Thank you for your answer. This should be my final question:
I did a HSV 2 IgG (by EIA); and the result was 13.2 <16 (16 is borderline, 22 is positive).
Do you think I should another test? If yes, which test do you suggest I should conduct?
Again, thank you.

Haha, thank you for the simple and clean answers! But for question 2, I was asking about time frame actually... when do people usually develop genital blasters if they acquired HSV?

No risk for hiv using a condom. If the condom broke you would have to peel it off your penis as would have rolled up on your shaft. Test for herpes at the 3 month mark but the CDC only recommended testing with symptom or if you have a long term partner. Symptoms are genital blisters followed with flu like symptoms.

Thanks dave. Because CSW helped me to peel it off; and I did not look at the condom for the entire process. So I wish you dont mind these two follow up questions:
1. After I did the duo test (finger) in 4 week; and antibodies (finger) only in 6 week for HIV; are these tests results conclusive and definitive already?
2. For genital blisters with flu symptoms, when do they usually appear after the risky sexual exposure?
Thank you so much for your patience!

1. zero for hiv and you would have known if the condom was damaged.
2. No as only your genital area was exposed.
3. only if you have a long term partner.

Thanks dave for your help. Because I did not look at the condom after the sexual intercourse; so I just wonder are the tests I did are conclusive and definitive enough? Or I need to do a antibodies test in 8 week?
FYI, I mean the duo test (finger) in 4 week; and antibodies (finger) only in 6 week for HIV. Thanks...

Hi yes it would appear something you ate is causing the stomach issues and maybe you caught the flu as well from traveling. You had zero risk for hiv as whatyyour describing are not symptoms of any std.

Thank you for your answer, Dave. Please forgive me for having some follow up questions:

1. Did you assess I have zero risk because I have used a condom? But I am not sure whether the condom was damaged...

2. I have had and I am having mouth ulcer in my mouth in different spots, could this be attributed to STD? And the current mouth ulcer happened 2 days ago; and I noticed today I have painful and swollen lymph node on my left jaw.

3. I am afraid that my blood test for HSV 2, which is conducted 20 days after my last exposure, is not accurate enough. Do you think I should get a rest test after three month?
