Persistent anal itching

I was tested positive for chlamydia a couple weeks ago. I was treatedwith Azithromycin. After the 7 days ended I was still experiencing anal itching. I went to the doctor and was prescribed doxycycline for 10 days tomorrow will be the 7th day and I’m still experiencing anal itching, that goes away and comes back. Not sure if I’m still infected with chlamydia or if it’s just inflammation from taking so many antibiotics. I haven’t been sexually active since the day I got tested and treated. What should I do?
