I have what looks like pimples near my pubic area.. There are 4 son\me igish some small.. They are filled with puss and hurt! i tried popping them and puss and lood came out. They just showed up like two days ago. I have only had ONE sex partner in 7 months.. I have No idea what they could be. please help..

This may be infected hair follicles. Herpes come in clusters of blisters, which rupture intentionally, into oozing sores and then heal on their own. Do these pimples have hair coming out of them? If so, they might be what I mentioned before, thus, called folliculitis.
