Pink bumps for 3 months - test indicates not STD

I've been tested for every STD three times in the past 3 months, all negative.

Seen 3 derms, who all perscribed Triamcinolone for 3 weeks, which did nothing. One of them did a biopsy on a very similae bump on my left thigh which was dianosed as ALHE with no cure (except surgical removal)

Itches occasionally, no pain. Any tips, I'd be forever grateful.

Thanks!

Ps. Haven't had sex in 3 months.
