Can you get STD/HIV by not releasing fluid through intercourse?

I've been to a massage palour and lost my virginity. I had sexual intercourse but I ended up switching to a blow job and finished with that. I'm in fear that it is possible to still contract STD from intercourse itself. I used protection throughout. I did not know whether she was tested and I myself was never tested.

protected sex is a low risk for hpv, herpes and syphilis. the odds of contracting any of them from a one time protected encounter are very low. if you feel the need to test, when to test is listed in our read before posting post on the forum.
