STD, UTI, Injured penis?

Hello,
I am a male and A little over 2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a girl that I knew for some time. The sex was very very rough. She was on top the whole time riding back and forth. The next morning I felt a little soreness/tingle in my penis. I thought it was just regular soreness and it will fade away in a day or so.I have no bumps or anything visible to eye. It does not itch I just feel a little discomfort and burning. The problem continued for 1.5 weeks. At that point I went to the doc to get STD test and doc prescribed me with anti-biotics. I took some doxycycline for 6 days. And I must admit, I did feel a little better. I went back to doc the following week for my results. Test came back negative. Doc said to finish the treatment, it can be a UTI and prescribed me a 5 day treatment of ciprofloaxin. Am on my third day now and it has been almost 3 weeks of the unprotected sex. I do not have the classic uti symptons. It does not burn when I pee, and I dont have much of an urge to pee. I just have a mild penis discomfort. Just a feeling that it is not 100% normal yet but symptons have gotten better since the first week.

My question,

Can this feeling just be from having really rough rough sex? I havn't been sexually active at the time we had sex, and she was really rough and maybe I torn/damaged something and It needs time to heal.

Can a uti have mild symptons? cause I don't feel burning when I pee. I do feel better after taking doxy and cipro but not 100%.
Should I wait a little more for it can take full affect?

Am going to do a herpes test next week. BUT can I rule out herpes since I felt the discomfort the next morning after sex and it is uncommon for herpes to show up next day?

Is a male yeast infection a possibility?

Your thoughts?

Thanks in Advance,

no it takes longer than that when it's infectious in nature. you can have irritation causing you issues the next day but not infection.

can Non-specific Urethritis symptons appear the next day?

sounds like you now have a fungal infection from being on antibiotics.  are you having looser stools or diarrhea at all too?  you can try just an otc jock itch medication and see if that helps.

I'm a fan of probiotics when on antibiotics like this. keeping the bowels healthy is always a good thing!  You can eat yogurt 3x/day or pop a pill like culturelle.

understood. Also, a few days into taking antibiotics my anus started to itch and I started to feel the itch around the genital as if it was spreading.

Can this be a side affect of anitbiotics?
Could I have developed a yeast infection due to the antibiotics? The anus itch was not there before the medication.
Just to be safe, what can I do to treat a male yeast infection? will Pro-biotics help it out?

Like I said you can't rule out any STDs that you haven't tested negative for at a conclusive time frame.. IE a herpes test is conclusive at 3 months post an exposure.

Yes, yeast infections Trick is a questionable STD... some doctors don't consider it to be an STD as you can get it from other sources such as hot tubs.. we can't tell you if you have any thing whether STD or bacteria. You test shows you were negitive so if you continue with symptoms then return to your doctor or a urologist.

thanks for the response.

Yes i did a std test, results came back negative. The good thing is that I feel better after taking 6 days of doxycycline and now am on 3rd day of ciprofloaxin as directed by my doctor.

I was just concerned since all the results came back negative and that I don't have much of UTI symptons (burning while pee, contantly peeing).

Can I rule out herpes? Like i said before am going to get tested just to be sure in a week. But am just wondering since I don't have the typical herpes symptons, and I felt the discomfort in my penis immediately the day after.

Also, is there other bacteria infections that can occur other than the classic UTI, STDs?
It seems like it can be bacteria since after the anti-biotics the symptons are slowly disappearing

rough sex wouldn't have lasted for this long and probably wouldn't cause a tingling...

It could just be that a uti mild or another bacteria infection not an STD. I would at least give it a week or two unless it gets worse to ensure that the symptoms clear and if they don't you should return to the doctor.

you can never rule out an STD after unprotected sex until you test negative for it. Yes no std will present Symptoms the next morning but that doesn't mean you didn't aquire it. Test as you would since you had unprotected sex.
