Please Help!!!!!!

I appreciate the responses you provide in this forum. This is indeed a great service/assistance to humanity. My story goes like this:

35 Year old male, had unprotected oral on 23 rd April 2010 with a CSW. This was very short (with intervals) as this happened in a night club in Uganda, Kampala. No ejaculation. I am also circumcised. Next day felt a little itch on the penis (probably due to masturbation), Took Azithromycin and itch was gone. Took test for HIV (Elisa) at 9 and 14 weeks, was negative.  3.5 months later (9th of August 2010) again at the same place met a different CSW, no touching of either genitals, just touched her thighs. She gave a wet lick on my ears couple of times. I also inserted my finger in her month, for a very short period, and licked her arms (once would be less than 2 seconds). Immediately the next day (as I remember, probably after 24 hours or so), I got a pimple like on top of the buttlocks. I broke it and it left a black spot,  (decolourization) . There were some four/five pimples on my face also on the same day or the next, left scar (decolourization, black spot) on the face after healing (like acne).  Then there was another pimple on the left stomach,(4-5 weeks later approximately) leaving a black spot, scar like. I am worried whether I would have got exposed to some kind of STD/STI, please assess my situation and provide me your valuable suggestions.
Note: These are only incidents happened in my life apart from happily married with a kid.

pimples anywhere in the body are not STD related.

I recommend you stop hanging out with CWS as you tend to get nervous about the whole thing later posing questions like "pimples on your face" that you seem to related to STDs.
They are not.

You should move on, you had a low risk exposure.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion Vance. So can I take into consideration that whatever symptoms i started getting on 10th of August 2010 (after 3.5 months) can be neglected for any STDs. Please advise.

You had a low risk for a STD from the oral sex in April and with no symptoms at this point I would not worry. As for the other incident...no risk.
