Please access my risk

Hi,

I had protected sex with a prostitute around two and half months before.

Let me describe the incident:
first she put a towel on me and massaged me....then she was trying to masturbate me then she put a condom on my penis then gave a blowjob and masturbated me....and then she changed the condom again was giving me a hand job and also sucking me with the condom on....further, I inserted my penis with the condom on in her vagina....then I went out of her as my penis was not standing but the condom was still on and intact....then she removed the condom and I was trying to masturbate to get myself standing....then she started giving me a handjob without the condom on and later put on a new condom on me and gave me a blowjob....after that I went inside her vagina with the condom on and i was thrusting her when i noticed blood in her vagina so I pulled out of her....I saw that I still had the condom on my penis and iam sure the condom was intact. She removed the condom I did not see any blood on my penis. After that she wiped herself I am not sure how using her fingers or a tissue and she applied lubricant on her hand....she then masturbated me using her hands. I was fingering her then and I used the same hand to masturbate myself. After that I finished and pulled up my skin and she then gave me a bath. On reaching home I saw that I had a small cut on my foreskin maybe due to the thrushing and there was blood on the cut. I feel it was my own blood as the foreskin cut itself during the activity but I am not sure.

I tested after 10 days of the incident and it came back negative. After a few days it will 3 months.

1. I had fever for 2 days 2. A sore throat and congestion. 3. I am a smoker and had a bit of breathing problem for a day or two. 4. There is a bit of swelling under my arms but not in the hollow from the last 2 months which I have not yet shown to my doctor. I am not sure whether it is a lymph node.

Questions:
1. should i test myself again?
2. handjob with her blood on her hand can it be a risk to transmit hiv?
3. the condom was intact but my hands may have some fluids from her vagina and i masturbated myself with it, is it risky to  transmit hiv?
4. Are there lymph nodes in the arm pit but not in the hollow of the armpit....outside the hollow towards the shoulder?

The doctor told me it is a low risk encounter and if I am comfortable there is no need of testing.

Thank you.

Hi guys,

The other day I went drinking and after drinking whisky and beer in the night i noticed a few pinprick red dots on my neck (like heat rashes). I usually have a funny feeling when I have beer. My throat feels sore and I have some cold in my nose. The same thing happened but with the dots on my neck (which never have appeared before or i have not noticed). I thought it was an allergy and I slept. In the morning they were almost gone. In the afternoon I took an anti-allergic tablet and applied soframycin and by the next morning they were gone. They went away in one and half days at most, I had no fever and it has been three and half months since i went to the prostitute. Is this in anyway related to stds?

Thank you

One last thing there is a small pea shaped lymph node exactly in between my shoulder and elbow. I am not sure whether it is a lymph node. Are there lymph nodes in that location (In between shoulder and elbow) underside of arm? Is it a worry?

Sorry for too many questions.

Thank you.

Hi,

Sorry to disturb you again.

There was menstrual blood on her hands (as she wiped her vagina using her hands and a tissue) and then she rubbed her hands with lubricant and then rubbed my penis with her hands, then gave me a handjob. My penis had a bleeding cut on the foreskin.

Is this a risk?

Thank you.

I promise I wont disturb you after this.

Thanks

Hi

There are no doctors on this forum, if you want a doctor's advise please visit the STD expert forum.  it's on the lower right of this screen.. .scroll down.

Also, just wanted to add, I agree with grace, from your first line, "I had protected sex ..."  thats about all we need to know, you didn't need testing for that exposure.

Your high school english teacher is very disappointed in your dear. it's assess your risk not access it :)

this was all protected contact and was very low risk in general. none of the symptoms you are having sound std related at all.  no reason for any further testing from this.
