Your chances of getting HIV are zero.

Your chances of getting HPV are low, and the strains of HPV you'd be at risk for wouldn't cause symptoms.

Herpes would cause blisters, and syphilis would cause painless sores.

Gonorrhea and chlamydia, though, is a risk, as well as NGU, and could cause burning or hot pee.

Dehydration can also cause this.

You need to see your doctor and get your urine tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU, and for dehydration. Don't attempt to treat yourself. You could use the wrong antibiotic, and then mess up testing later. Just go to the doctor.

It's been 4 weeks I haven't developed any sores or blisters
Right, which means it's probably not herpes or syphilis, but it could be gonorrhea or chlamydia, and you need to see a doctor.
Is there any chance that I might herpes or syphilis in coming days
It's possible, but those don't cause burning pee.

Let me be clear - gonorrhea and chlamydia can be serious infections. I do not know why you are ignoring those, and only are focused on herpes and syphilis. You absolutely need to see a doctor and get tested. Left untreated, both can cause serious problems, and you can spread both of them to your partners.

They are both easily cured with the proper antibiotics, but it is important that you address this.

There are also other problems that can cause hot pee, and those also need treatment. GO TO THE DOCTOR. While it might not be herpes or syphilis, you still need medical treatment. It is far more likely that this is gonorrhea, chlamydia or NGu than it is herpes or syphilis, but treating them is very, very important.

Yes I will see a doctor and get tested and thank you
