Herpes, UTI, or something else entirely?

So I had sex with a condom this weekend but when he finished we saw the condom had broken. This was Saturday night. Sunday I felt a little sore but didn't think much of it as we had sex for quite a while. Monday the soreness had increased by a lot. I felt a burning sensation when I urinated and sometimes it hurt to sit down. Today it still hurt and upon inspecting my vagina I noticed it was very red inside and had a patch that looked more inflamed than the rest between my clitoris and my vulva. a reddish blotch, not raised, about the size of my thumb. Today it still burns to urinate, but not every time. My urine looks normal in color but I am urinating more frequently than usual. I have an appointment with a doctor on Thursday but I am very worried this could be something more serious than a UTI. I am terrified it might be herpes, that that red patch will become lesions. any thoughts?

My partner says hes clean but I know its possible for people to have diseases and not know,

Hi, symptoms of std show up about 5 days after and consist of white puss discharge from your urethrea or vaginal area, burning while urinating, as the urethra is infected or sores in the genital area that are blister like.
Since all this started shortly after it would appear as an injury from the act itself.
