Possible STD but symptoms don't quite match

I have found a canker sore which seemed to heal after 10 days but have a slight burning on the tip of my penis and a slight rash on my penis head. I have had two sexual partners. One was a one night stand and the other is my girlfriend who has had one sexual partner. I had unprotected oral with the one night stand over 3 months ago. I have been seeing my girlfriend for over a year in a long distance relationship. It seems whenever I am with her after a week of sex with her, I get a painless rash on the head of penis and foreskin with no other symptoms until recently. Any suggestions?

Been and got the testing and was all negative. Could this be herpes hsv-2?? I have spoken to the one night stand and he says he is clean. Does the NHS check for herpes whilst doing the testing? I had blood, urine and swab tests done in my mouth, anus and urethra

See a Dr for an exam and get some basic testing done...chlamydia, gonorrhea and NGU
