Possible STD exposure.. Symptoms 3-days later?

i9w
Performed unprotected oral on a girl (STD status unknown) and protected vaginal sex... now all my lymph nodes along my neck , groin, and elbow are swollen and sensitive. I also seem to have tenderness along the left portion of my torso which I read is where the spleen is and I know a swollen spleen is a symptom of mono... but would the swollen lymph nodes and spleen appear only 3-days after infection??

If not what could it be?

Update 1:
Anyone? The lymph node in my right elbow is now swollen as well as the ones above my brow which basically means all lymph nodes from head to groin are swollen  and I think something in my left knee is beginning to swell.

The swollen ones in my back have finally started to subside but still painful

No other symptoms as of yet

I've never experienced anything like this and Its really got me wondering if its something more serious..
To Recap..
Possible exposure Monday night
Slightly tender lymph node under left ear on Wednesday Night
Spread to nearly every single Lymph node throughout Thursday

No sweating or fever or cough or sneeze..

Friday Night update: Swelling went down...... but still sensitive to touch. a spot I had surgery on like 2 months ago has started swelling and acting up.. like its infected. And another spot in my gum as well.

This is a surgery scar that hadnt bugged me for weeks..... but its now noticeably puffy and I can taste the pus.... I'm thinking my immune system is overwhelmed and I'm hopping its not the dreaded H-word... but things are starting to snowball

I'll keep this thread updated for future reference :)

All my STD posts have been eliminated because I posted the same things.  These "experts" have not seen anything like this before and I have interviewed over 200 people/couples that have experienced the same things.  Sniff...coverup.

Please tell me you're not serious...

"The stages of HIV infection are acute infection (also known as primary infection), latency and AIDS. Acute infection lasts for several weeks and may include symptoms such as fever, lymphadenopathy (swollen lymph nodes), pharyngitis (sore throat), rash, myalgia (muscle pain), malaise, and mouth and esophageal sores."

"Sometimes the skin rash of secondary syphilis is very faint and hard to recognize; it may not even be noticed in all cases. In addition, secondary syphilis can involve virtually any part of the body, causing, for example, swollen glands (lymph nodes) in the groin, neck, and arm pits, arthritis, kidney problems, and liver abnormalities"

"Chlamydia trachomatis is also the cause of lymphogranuloma venereum, an infection of the lymph nodes and lymphatics. It usually presents with genital ulceration and swollen lymph nodes in the groin, but it may also manifest as proctitis (inflammation of the rectum), fever or swollen lymph nodes in other regions of the body.[11]"

"Infections that commonly cause swollen lymph nodes include:

Abscessed or impacted tooth
Ear infection
Colds, flu, and other infections
Gingivitis
Mononucleosis
Mouth sores
Sexually transmitted diseases
Tonsillitis
Tuberculosis
Skin infections"

From my original post:
"Performed unprotected oral on a girl (STD status unknown) and protected vaginal sex... now all my lymph nodes along my neck , groin, and elbow are swollen"

what exactly is your background in medicine?

where is there a STD question there?

Your symptoms have nothing to do with a STD.
