Possible STD

about a year ago i tested positive for chlamydia  i was treated but the sypmtoms never went away i saw a urologist and was tested again which came back negative i was given zithromax and the symtoms went away but came back after about a week my symptoms are a discharge from penis, anal irritation like a rash that wont go away, and recently i have been having a numbness in my left foot. i have since been tested for chlamydia, gonoreaha, HIV, Syphilis all came back negative, the girl was tested for herpes as well which came back negative. the anal irritation is like a rash that wont go away i have been given a prescription cream to put on it but if i stop using it it comes back. also the anal irritation came about 6 months after i had been diagnosed and treated for chlamydia and the numbness in my left foot was in the past several days

why am i still having urethral irritation and a discharge if i dont have chlamydia anymore?
what is the anal irritation and the numbness in my left foot and lower leg from?

if anyone can give me some ideas i'd really appreciate it thanks

also get tested for syphilis again. because some times, at a later stage of syphilis, numbness could occur throughout your body.

numbness is one of those symptoms that could not be used to determine the illness you have. numbness could be as serious as a minor heart attack to diebetes, to something as minor as anxiety or muscle fatigue. It could be caused by the same illness that is causing other symptoms you have, but you need to see a doctor about it.

I would suggest you to take the test for chlamydia again, just to make sure you do not have such std anymore. Also, you should discuss with your physician the possibility of yeast infections, as it could cause penile discharge and discomfort.
There is another possibility that your penile symptoms has nothing to do with the rash you are experiencing, they could be different things, so just keep that in mind.
You should talk to a specialist. In the mean time, take really good care of you penis, wash it thoroughly, and do not wear lose underpants or shorts as dust could get in there.
