red blisters on my vagina..
i have kind of blind spots and one reddy blister by the side of my vagina, i lost my virginity a couple of weeks ago and we used a condom..im just really worried.. is this an STD,herpes, or just an ingrown hair?

Since this was your first time its understandable that you are "freaking out". I commend you for using condoms -continue to do so.
Your "reddy blister" is a bit of a red flag, see a physician or OB/GYN to have them ***** you and get proper work up done. Get a herpes test done because its the only way to rule out the worse thing this could be.
