Confusion about my RPR and FTA-ABS tests

Recently I did blood test for immigration purpose. My first test is RPR, the result is REACTIVE 1:1. Then my doctor did second test FTA-ABS, the result came out today as REACTIVE MINIMAL. The instruction on report said I need to redo this test two weeks later.

I don't have any symptom looks like Syphilis and my doctor also doesn't know what's going on.
I am confused and can not sleep and work less efficient. Does any one know what;s going on? What if my second FTA-ABS still shows REACTIVE MINIMAL?

I have a deadline to submit my exam and worry about miss it then my whole life will be over.
Thanks.
