Possible gonorrhea or just UTI and tonsilitis

Last Saturday morning I had unprotected sex with a guy I had just met (stupid me, I know, Ive never done that before and will never do it again), I had vaginal sex and performed oral sex to him; I took a morning after pill one hour later (Ella). The very next day I was having cold-like symptoms and before going to bed I started to feel a bit of a sore throat. On monday I was feeling sick (like having a cold/flu) and I started having to pee very frequently and it started to hurt/burn as well. I figured I might have gotten a UTI. But after googling non-stop for symptoms Im thinking I might have gotten gonorrhea both vaginal and in my throat? Last night I noticed white spots on my tonsils. Im seeing my doctor this afternoon but Im having so much amxiety about it. What could it be? Fyi, Ive never had an UTI before, and I havent had a fever these days.
