Regards to red dots on penis head

I recently slept with an old partner of mine I haven't slept with in over 2 months . I was on vacation and we hooked up. When I came back home and showered , next morning I woke up with a really itchy sensation and saw a bunch of red dots all over the head. I freaked out and started to google . Google stated to wash with hot water and keep clean , I did just that also applied  Neosporin and slowly in 2-3 days they went away completely. I come later to find out that my friend who was dog sitting my place slept on my bed and told me she got a really bad rash that she had to go to the ER for a shot. I did some research again and it says it can be "scabies" . I washed all my sheets and surly after I showered and laid in bed I felt no itchy sensation on my body any more. Days later I began to feel itchy all around , and with masurbation and after the gym the dots returned . Once again they dissapear with a hot shower and keeping clean.

I am no doctor so based on my research I think I can be "scabies" or my old partner had a female yeast infection. What do you guys think before i head to the doctor this week ?
