Possible siphilis ?

Hi everyone.

At the beginning i would like to say, that english is not my native language so sorry for my mistakes.

Recently on my legs (not feet) I spotted few red spots, which was a bit itching for ~2 days. They are still there so I decided to go test myself for syphilis (antibodies IgG/IgM ECLIA Cobas) and it was negative. Last risky situation was ~5 months ago (protected sex with prostitute). This test is in 100% conclusive ? Or because of my rash i should go to do more testing or visit a doctor ?

It's logical to be scared. Like previous experts always said: guilt and anxious creates this feeling.

No extra test needed. If it was syphilis the test would be positive. Also you would have seen the cancker sore on your penis, lips or tong.
