Possible std? Please help

I had unprotected sex with a girl (I know)  less then a week ago. The next day I woke up (less then 24 hours later) and noticed a rash mostly on my groin and partially on the side of my thighs. It's been five days and the rash has started to clear but I'm still itchy in that  area and my scrotum.I noticed as the whole thing started clearing up that their was one red bump on the right side of my thigh. I decided to put a bandaid with bacitracin on that bump which only seemed to make it worse. Now the bump has about 1 inch of light red skin around it. Could this be from the bandaid and bacitracin? Overall My question is,is this somthing to be worried about? Can a std occur that quickly after contact? Should I see a doctor? Let me note I occasionally have slight anxiety but I don't think it's a coincidence. Any advice is highly appreciated.
