Potential Gonorrhea or Chlamydia, pretty concerned

Hi, a fairly urgent question that I would greatly appreciate any help with.

On Wednesday the 17th, after drinking, I went to visit a transgender sex worker. I received unprotected oral sex (twice) and then left. The evening after on the 18th I noticed a slight discharge on my underwear when I went to sleep; I also noticed my foreskin was pretty red and sensitive. On the 19th the discharge got worse and has been continuing as so; it's white/yellow in colour. I am fairly certain I have contracted either of the aforementioned STI's due to stupidly believing that unprotected receptive oral sex was virtually risk free. I also noticed whilst using the bathroom whilst with the escort on the 17th, there was a medication commonly used for thrush on the counter.

I am fairly anxious to get tested ASAP but the only issue is I am a British citizen and currently in New York until the 29th. Would anyone here be able to give me any form of diagnosis based upon the sequence of events and symptoms? Also, is it possible to receive free or cheap testing / treatment in New York as a foreigner?

Also I feel I must add, due to being single and working heavily this is the first sexual encounter I have had in a few months now. I never engage in unprotected sex of any form usually.

Thanks for reading and I hope to hear soon.
