To any one out there that is willing to listen to my story, I think I have prostatitis I have a full std screen which has been all clear, although I am totally convinced it is an std, i became addicted to porn which led to visiting sex workers on a frequent basis which increased my risk, I have had a lot of unprotected oral sex( stupidly) I have had the following symptoms inflammation at the tip of penis, burning and pain in the anal area I have also had lumps around the outside of my anus. I am totally freaked I have a infection in my prostate due to a sexually related encounter. I have had every screen including anal swabs and even for mycoplasma all negative. Now I have a partner and because I was all clear thought it was ok to have sec but she has been sick stomach troubles diareha and general flu like symptoms, I have had HIV screens all clear what do I do I am so scared and almost ready to give up I have no answers. I want to protect my partner but I docs sti clinic tell me I am ok to have sex, ithe Internet is undivided on weather prostatitis is an std do I need to worry bout and std in the prostate which is not picked up on a std screen . No you can't have a hidden STD. Those symptoms of your partner have nothing to do with a STD.
