Protected Oral Sex

I am a male in my mid 40's, In mid February I received protected oral sex from a sex worker. I wore a condom and she briefly licked the left side of my balls. The entire process lasted less than 5 minutes. There were no other actions that took place. Two nights earlier I was with a different sex worker and I briefly (4 or 5 seconds) touched her vagina but no deep penetration and immediately washed my hands with soap and water. I then maturbated will watching her. About 8 weeks later On April 7th, I had a full std blood testing completed that included ghonoreah, clymidia, hsv 1&2, syphilis, hep a,b,c, hiv 1&2 and early hiv. All of the results were negative. I have had zero STD symptoms.

1) What are my STD risks?
2) is there any need for follow up STD testing since I already tested negative?
