Question about STDs and HIV

Hello. I had a risky exposure a few days ago. I so much regret it, but I was very drunk and literally didn't know what I was doing. I met a transsexual woman (I'll refer to it as "she") and she sedused me into having sex with her, I think she was a payed escort but I don't know, I was really, really drunk. (the prostitution is illegal where I live, so she isn't under any official STD control I guess). We went to her place where we started having sex. After a minute or so I pulled out of her *** and she said "Wait the condom broke, lets put another one". I started to freak out but she siad "Don't wory, it broke outside, when you pulled out " - which put my drunken mind in ease, so I continued the sex with new condom. After a min I pulled out and than I sucked on her penis for about a minute or so ( not protected ) and then she came (no in my mouth, but with hand). After that I asked her 3 times if she has something, because I freaked out and she told me that "don't worry, everything will be ok, I don't have anything" but wasn't sure. Can you tell me what my risk is please? I know when I should test for HIV, but I wanna know what my risk is.. Also this happened 5 am, and the next morning I developed a sore throat, could this be oral gonnorhea or something related? What STD should I test for?

hi I was reading thru you advise and i myself has almost the same situation but mine is with a prostitute, I cant remember much what happened due to being too drunk. I contacted the girl the next day and she told me what happened, since i was too drunk she gave me oral w/out condom and after which we had sex but after a while she got tired and we stopped, she admitted that i did not ejaculate. I am not sure if she is telling the truth and as much as I tried remembering nothing really comes to my mind.
Please advise what is my best option now. I have a doctor friend who gave me a prophnlacsis OFLOXACIN 200mg twice a day for 5days. Told me that there are no guarantees but it may somehow help.

Up to you. Oral gonorrhea is not common, so if you want to look for that then ask specifically for it.

Thank you for the answer. If I do a throat swab, should I specifically say I want to get tested for gonorrhea or just get throat culture?

HIV questions post in the HIV forum.

Based on the oral sex and the broken condom here is what I would recommend. Testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia 1 week post exposure. Syphilis 6 weeks, HIV 3 months.

Symptoms of oral gonorrhea often do not show and if they so they will not show the next day. If you wish to have an oral gonorrhea test then that is a throat swab.
