Question on exposure

Before I Start I want to thank you all for this service.

Here is my history 10 months ago I had a one night stand. Condom broke I was drunk did not realize it.  I'm male my partner was female. It was vaginal intercourse.

Girl appears healthy, no trac marks and tells me the next day she has no std's.  Guilt and severe anxiety ensue.

At 3.5 days I tested for gonnorea and chlamydia both negative.  At 7 weeks test for hsv1 and 2 hsv 1 ecquivocal hsv2 negative.  At 17 weeks I retest and both Hsv1 and hsv2 are negative.

I still find myself worried about std's. Every sensation in my genitals worries me.  Do you think one more hsv test is needed or a
am was I clearly negative at 17 weeks.
I had no blisters or flu like symptoms any time after my exposure 10 months ago.

Also do I need an HIV test? My sexual history is rather conservative I've had 3 partners all of whom were monogomous.  This was my only one night stand?

Thanks I have been stressed out for the last ten months and more than likely my throat always looked that way i just never had a reason to examine myself like I have been.

It would have nothing to do with a STD or HIV.

One more question it may be unrelated.  I have noticed for the past ten months the back of my throat looks veiny. I have not been sick at all no sore throat but I do have nasty allergies and alot of nasal drainage. Is a veiny throat a serious health concern ie STD or HIV or can it be a normal anatomical variation? I have no medical training so I'm not sure if some people have a very veiny throat.  I have been to my ent twice in the past few months and he never says anything about my throat appearence which when I look at it it looks gross.

Thank you for the response. I have had no symptoms other than what may have been genital anxiety. was 3.5 days enough time to wait for chlamydia and gonnoreah naat testing? Is the 17 weeks definitive for hsv testing?

the odds of contracting hiv from a one time, mostly protected encounter are very low.

really no reason to repeat any of your std testing. this was low risk in general and you've had no real symptoms.
