RPR non-react

I just recently got tested for the first time for stds and everything came back negative but the RPR says non-react.  Ive never got treated for RPR before.  Is there a chance that i may have syphilis or had syphilis; and what are the complications if i was never treated?

Non-react means non-reactive, which means negative.

Its a shame no one explained that to you, but you are fine.
