Possible STD

Hi,

My name is Kasen. I'm 15 and I believe I may be infected with an STD. So of corse I a sexually active, but only with one person, and she is the only person I have even done anything sexual with, this includes oral sex as well as vaginal and anal. She has told me that there have been no other guys than me that she has done anything Sexual with (or girls). I explained why I was asking and she promised me that she was telling the truth. I then inquired as to weather her mom or dad has an STD, she said no. so i assume that rules out it being passed to her by birth and her not knowing it. Now for my symptoms. About two days ago, I had an erection, and there was a seemingly harmless spot on the side of my penis that was extremely itchy. So of corse I scratched it, the itch went away. Son after that. I decided to masturbate. Well this is a little embarrassing but, when I masturbate I use a condom to prevent any seminal fluids from getting on anything. After about one minute the itch returned, so without taking the condom off I rubbed the spot really hard, trying to scratch it through the condom. (This is a Latex trojan condom, with spermicidal lubricant. ) The Itch subsided, and I went about my day. During the day I was experiencing A headache and diarrhea. Well that night I noticed on the right underside of my penis, there was a cluster of about nine what looked like raised bumps, about the size of pimple, with a sort of scab on top. I assumed that had originated form a reaction to the rubbing a raw area with the condom, maybe the spermicidal lubricant irritated the area. But I did some research and Learned about Herpes. I don't fit any symptoms except the bumps, and now 2 days later they seem to be blistering, and are tender to the touch. There is also some itching around my genital area. This is extremely worrying me. I don't understand how I could have contracted something. could I have gotten this some where else? So my question is, does this sound like an STD or an STI, and could I have been infected from something other than my girl friend? I plan on going into the clinic in a few days to get tested, but I would like a professional opinion on my issue.

P.S. ( I really don't want my parents to know. If i go to the clinic Planned Parent Hood, can my parents find out? Or if I tell a doctor not to tell my parents can he/she?)

If I go to the doctor about a possible STD does he have to tell my parents. And I am 15

Here is my opinion about the situation. I would have them looked at, probably just a reaction to the condom but it never hurts to see a Dr's treatment.

You can not get herpes from anything other then sexual contact. If you go to any Dr they can not tell your parents. If you use insurance then your parents might find out that you went to the Dr but they can not find out what was exactly done or discussed. The health department has free clinics where you can get tested.

by the way, this was sent to doctor, but it didn't go through, so thats why I ask for a professional opinion. also I had sex on the 22nd of June, its now the 15th of august.
