Recurring issue after oral sex
This has been going on for over 3 years. Symptoms come back roughly once a year and last for a couple of months. I get sharp stinging pains in my legs buttocks pelvic area. Sometimes on my upper part of body but mainly lower. Feel like I need to urinate more or I’m just aware of genitals more. Not sure. Testicles feel like they are crawling with something. Really odd symptoms ranging from what feels like nee stings to itches. No pain when I pee or ejaculate. Tested 3 times for all stis and all negative. What on earth can this be? My doctors don’t have a clue. Sent for bladder scan and clear. Prostate checked and ok.

You could have a pinched nerve, something up with your spine, hip, etc.
