Red/Spot on inner foreskin

Good day guys and gals, I have a problem and I just recently been worrying about it. For the past two days I had sex with my girl, and after I took a shower yesterday. I noticed there was these two red marks or cuts, they aren't raised or itch nor burn. I googled and read many things, I know it can't be fingernail cuts from a rough hand job because the cuts or spots don't look that deep and they weren't necessarily bleeding when I saw them. But I could be wrong, after all I was a virgin. I was thinking that when I had sexual intercourse with her (with a condom both times) that her hole was too tight and that it might of stretched back my foreskin too far (I am not circumsized if I didn't mention that yet). And resulting in these two red spots and this red line under the head. But then I noticed that whenever I'm fully erected or somewhat erected, the spots or red cuts disappear.

I know it can't be a yeast infection because its not itching or burning and the cuts aren't deep. I had sex on monday and tuesday, and late wednesday night the red spots healed up i think. But theres a slight peeling around the area now.

My question is, am I in risk of any stds or any virus what so ever? And what do you think cause those red spots/cuts?

Could be.

Its really best to use a gentle, unscented soap on the genitals.  Try Dove for sensitive skin or a similar one.

Well, I do remember the night I found the red spots, I was already washing my body with the Irish spring body wash and it could of accidently been washed onto the part where the spots were at. Maybe thats why I'm having small scaling or dry area of skin?

Stressed myself for Britain because of red spot, went to a GUM and told dont wash penis with soaps and given an aqueous cream. Apparently penis is very delicate and so many people use powerful soaps on them causing such probs.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply again, I really appreciate it. I've been stressing about this for the past couple days. And I was somewhat thinking it was just irritation also. But since you suggested that it could be a fungal infection, I'll see if i can make an appointment with a doctor.

Oh ok.

Well, its not herpes - you got symptoms too fast - and you got symptoms WAY too fast for syphilis.  My guess is its irritation from the condom or a fungal infection.  You should let your doc check it out though.

Thanks for the quick reply, like its not necessarily peeling. But it has like a thin layer of skin around the area that had the red spots/cuts. Kind of like if you peeled off a scab, that theres a thin layer around the area that you picked at.

If you are peeling, it might be a fungal infection, like yeast or jock itch.

Since you used protection (good for you!), your chances of an std are very slim, but you might want to get this checked out.
