Red bumps, itching and scanning on the penis tip

I'm a teenager and about 3 weeks ago my symptoms started.on the tip of my penis a small bump accounted and was occasionally itchy then it slowly started getting larger and even more bumps started forming I have about 5 red bumps now.the bumps itch and scab if I itch to much.iv only had sex with one girl and her test just came back and she was negative for stds.iv had an std on my testicals a few months ago.i think it's a fungal infection or yeast infection.one doctor said it looks like herpes but my second opion doctor said it doesn't.my test will be back in a few days but my gf didn't have any std so I don't think it's herpes.any ideas or help what I have would be great

Just today iv been using vagicil cause I'm suspecting yeast infection.my bumps are turning bright yellow like it's gonna come out.does this sounds like a yeast infection?

This does not sound like a STD and with the negative tests from the partner very unlikely to be a STD. See a Dr for an exam, not sure what it is as skin issues really need a visual exam.

Also my bumps are completely painless they just itch sometimes.rught now I'm using vagisil because I'm leaning to yeast infection but idk for Shure.
