Red dots on penis?

I went to the doctor 6 months ago, questioning him about if i had an std after receiving oral sex. He sed no and the only stds cathcable from oral sex are herpes. Everytime after i masterbate i will occasionally get red dots on the head of my penis, which are really small and microscopic. recently i had oral sex with my partner, and soon after i had these little red dots on the head of my penis. It does not hurt when urinating nor do i have painful ejaculation and am very confused what this is. This has been ongoing for a while now, please assist me in determining wat it is.

you've asked about this several times now. you've been reassured several times now that this doesn't sound std related. your own doctor has told you it's not a std.

men's health would be a better forum for this at this point.

if you don't use lube, do so. this sounds just like plain ole irritation from friction from sex/oral sex/masturbation.
